Where does the video live? How do they watch it?

In the cloud. They open the link (or scan the QR code, or tap the card) and it plays right in the browser — no app, no account.

How do the free slots work?

Free signup includes 3 card slots for any card type, video cards included — no credit card needed. When they're used up, get more cards in the shop, or buy an NFC accessory (each adds 1 slot).

Do I need a physical card?

No. A digital video card is delivered by link or QR code. For the tap-to-play ritual, add an NFC accessory and write this card to it.

Can I reuse the card for another gift?

Yes. Swap in a new video and message and send it again — edit and resend anytime, the card link never changes.

Is there an export limit for mp4?

Photo Story exports 1080×1920 portrait mp4, 10 times per card (failed exports refund the count). Once downloaded, the file is yours — no dead links.

Is there a video length limit?

Linked videos follow the source platform (YouTube, etc.); Photo Story length is set automatically by your photo count and the music's rhythm.
