📡 No silent failures

The worst failure mode for alerts isn't "not sent" — it's "sent, but nobody received it." A family member changes their email address or accidentally blocks the LINE account, and a channel dies silently, months before the day it's actually needed. Most competitors fire off an email and assume it arrived; nobody ever checks.

OMIPOKA closes the loop. If a family member's email bounces, the system detects it automatically and flags that recipient. If they unlink or block LINE, it's flagged the moment it happens. Either way, you see a clear warning in the card editor and a reminder in your notification bell — so you can fix the contact right away.

For a guardian card this isn't a nice-to-have. Alerts matter only at the moment things go wrong, and one missed alert is one too many — so we treat delivery health as a feature in its own right.
